Description

I was approached by UK hard edged dance music duo the Organ Donors to apply my visual overload styled illustration to the cover of their remix album 'Under the Knife'. Following a tradition of press shots featuring medical and audio equipment, the Donors wanted to venture into caricatures, whilst still maintaining their gritty aesthetic. The Donors wanted to target the typical UK hard scene clubber and visually bridge the gap between their sometimes cute sometimes nasty aural style, accentuating the combination of their medical theme with the cut'em'up styling of the remix albums audio content through illustration and custom type.
